When does the money-back window start?
When you receive your first site draft — not when you pay. You have 14 days from that draft to request a full refund if the direction isn’t right.
What’s the difference between annual and month-to-month?
Annual is billed once per year and shows the lowest monthly equivalent (from $39/mo on Launch). Month-to-month is billed each month starting at $49 — better if you want pay-as-you-go flexibility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops future billing for your selected cycle. Annual plans are prepaid for the year; canceling stops renewal. Month-to-month plans stop at the end of the current month.
What’s included every month?
Design (at kickoff), hosting, maintenance, updates, and support — one simple payment. No separate hosting bill.
How long until launch?
Depends on your plan and how quickly you finish intake. Most Launch and Standard sites move from draft to live within a few weeks after we have your content.
